We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our busy and growing warehouse team based in Redditch.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for ongoing work with immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
  
  
• Loading and unloading deliveries
  
  
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
  
  
• Manual handling of products and materials
  
  
• Conducting quality checks on goods
  
  
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
  
  
• Following all health and safety procedures
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  
  
• Ability to carry out physical duties, including lifting and manual handling
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
